Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Facade Manager to work on a multi million pound high rise construction project in Manchester. This is a long term post and offers the opportunity to work on an interesting scheme with a reputable contractor.
Roles & Responsibilities of Facade Manager
- Demonstrated track record as a Facade Manager within high-rise multi-room construction projects
- Comprehensive understanding of facades systems, materials, and contemporary fire regulation standards
- Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
- Performing regular inspections of the construction site
- Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
- Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
- Organising work schedules
- Checking work techniques are correct and safe
- Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
- Assisting project managers with planning work activities
- Completing site reports and other records
- Attending site management meetings
- Attending client meetings
- Toolbox talks
Remuneration for this Facade Manager post is £260/£270 per day / CIS
