Customer Service Representative
My client is a long established and successful manufacturer and they are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in their Head Office in Nottingham. The CSR will have their own customer list for which they are responsible. The successful candidate will be working in a team and it is vital that they have a pleasant, friendly and helpful attitude at all times. The ability to fit in with their current team is very important and the candidate must be professional, hard working and thorough in all they do.
The main responsibilities and duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Sales order processing
- Use of computers and software packages
- Typing of quotations
- Preparation of service contracts
- Sales forecasting
- Purchase order processing
- Annual stock take
- Any other ad hoc work
Also, the candidate will be required to take a course and learn to drive a fork lift truck as another aspect of the role will be covering and working in the warehouse when needed. Candidates must be willing to take on new challenges and be flexible and versatile in their approach to work.
Candidates must hold a current driving license; have at least 3 years customer service experience, be professional and hardworking.
There is a very generous remuneration package available and also two performance related bonuses available.
