German Speaking Business Development Executive
German Speaking Business Development Executives are responsible for conducting outbound calls in order to generate leads, appointments or any other outcome as required from German companies. You will be required to maintain and update the campaign database in line with the company’s “Best Practice” and to conduct all calls to the quality standard required by our client. The achievement of targets relevant to the individual campaign is a prerequisite to this role.
Decision Makers tend to be at Director Level so it is vital that post holders possess knowledge of and have experience of using Business German, both in written form and verbally, as well as possessing comparative skills in the English Language too.
As German Speaking Business Development Executive you will be required to…
- Meet / exceed all individual and team targeted areas – calls / contacts / leads / quality.
- Optimise all customer / prospect contact opportunities.
- Ensure that campaign database is updated at all times and in line with the company’s “Best Practice” and all relevant details captured and correct action categories utilised.
- Adopt the business’s telemarketing call structure during all conversations with DMC’s.
- Cleanse data as and when required.
- Communicate in a professional manner at all times as defined during telemarketing skills training.
Professional Experience
To be suitable for the position of German Speaking Business Development Executive you must possess fluency in written and spoken business German, with the ability to demonstrate proven success in an outbound telemarketing environment. Good literacy and numeracy skills, along with strong computer literacy are also essential.
You must also be results driven with the drive for success and the persistence to strive to achieve challenging goals. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external teams are a must have, as is the ability to persuade, convince and influence others.
Salary & Benefits
Our client offers a competitive starting salary of £20,000 + bonus structure and a full benefits package which will be discussed at interview stage. Working hours will be 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, though core hours might change slightly as business needs dictate.
