Environmental Policy
We have no convictions for breaches of environmental legislation.
Management of Employees - Environmental Performance
Prior to their appointment, our employees are interviewed. This procedure, amongst other things, includes quality, health and safety, and environmental issues, which are incorporated into the terms and condition of their employment.
Quality in Environmental Management Systems
We are aware of the systems required to demonstrate good quality management, and have taken them on board in the organisation of our Company procedures. We have not applied for registration but our systems are available for scrutiny if you wish.
Person Responsible
The person responsible for our environmental performance is the Managing Director.
Environmental Management System
We do not have in force an Environmental Management System.
Environmental Performance Targets & Objectives
We do not set environmental performance targets or objectives, our aim is to conform to reasonable standards for the benefit of all.
Public Reports
We do not report publicly on progress towards meeting environmental targets and objectives.
The Company has a commitment to promote the conservation of, and sustainable use of, natural resources, to minimise environmental pollution, and to promote energy efficiency in all of its own work activities, and those of its sub-contractors (where engaged).

Energy Management - Working in association with the Carbon Trust
Promote energy efficiency and effective user control
Promote energy efficiency appliances, lighting controls and fuel efficiency
Provide fittings that take low energy light bulbs
Promote recycling of heat and energy
Operate an all diesel policy for Company Vehicles

Materials
Maximise the use of re-cyclable materials, such as paper, promotional material, ink and general office supplies.
Environment and landscaping
Provide adequate clean, safe and contained refuse collection facilities as appropriate.
Wildlife
We take all reasonable measures to prevent harm to wildlife in the course of our work operations, in particular being mindful of requirements during the spring and summer seasons.
Natural Vegetation, Landscaping and Watercourses
We protect from harm all existing trees, shrubs and other plants to be retained in the vicinity of our offices. We take all reasonable measures to protect watercourses, their banks and retaining structures during the course of our operations.
Good Neighbour Policy
Our implementation of this policy addresses environmental issues such as noise, vibration, dust, cleanliness and traffic.
We intend to treat everyone with the respect and common sense approach expected by all.
