Over the past 28 years Linsco have been involved in supplying UK based employees to companies throughout the world.

HOLLAND

Since 1986 Linsco have been supplying Dutch companies with skilled & semi skilled workers. These workers, who are all UK based are hired under the EEC working time directive. We are fully registered with the Belastingdienst and our workers are subject to withholding tax from day one, for our Dutch clients protection we operate a G account.

Our workers are hired to clients on an all inclusive hourly rate which for the avoidance of doubt includes travel to/from the UK and accommodation in Holland. Linsco handle all legalities regarding employment in Holland, we obtain E101 certificates for up to one years employment, E102 certificates for the second year of employment and article 17 agreements for years 3-5. The client is provided with copies of all certificates and workers passports, the emphasis is at all times on legal working. We operate under the guidance of our advisors in Holland who are Loyens & Loeff in Rotterdam.

We offer workers for a minimum period of 1 month up to a maximum of 5 years.

The usual method is a monthly rolling contract which gives our client full flexibility.

We have a Dutch speaking consultant based in Holland who carries out weekly site visits to ensure smooth operation of all contracts.

GIBRALTAR

Linsco provided up to 100 skilled construction workers including supervisors to Shand International for the dockyard refurbishment. Contract period was 18 months

On completion of the dockyard refurbishment Linsco became involved in supplying skilled ship repair workers to Gibraltar Shiprepair Ltd (A & P Appledore PLC)

The average number of operatives supplied was 60, flown from the UK on a ship by ship basis, average length of contract was 6 weeks working to very tight schedules with the workers working up to 80 hours per week.

Linsco supplied 25 skilled construction workers to AMEY Construction for the Cooling Island refurbishment. Contract period was 8 months.

WEST INDIES

Provision of 12 Electricians & 18 Plumbers for YAY International (Part of Trafalgar House Group), for the fit out of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, George Town, Grand Cayman. Contract period was 4 months.

HONG KONG

Linsco supplied Siemens International of Germany with 8 mechanical and electrical supervisors for the final stages of the M&E work on the new Hong Kong Airport Project. Contract period was 7 months.

GEORGIA

Provision of supervisors to Morrison International for the mechanical services on a new Holiday Inn in Tbilisi, Georgia. Contract period was 5 months.

DUBAI

Linsco has partners in Dubai and we are currently recruiting for senior construction positions for a number of major construction companies throughout the Middle East.
