Straighforward timekeeping and invoicing

  • Clients pay for hours worked only (subject to a minimum working week)
     
  • Clients sign a weekly time sheet confirming the hours worked by the Linsco worker, an invoice

    is submitted weekly
     
  • Invoices are all in Euros and are due to be paid on 30 days terms 
     
  • Our workers are expected to work a minimum 40 hours per week during a normal working week


Total Compliance with Dutch tax laws

  • All Linsco workers in Holland are employed directly by Linsco and as such Linsco are responsible for National

    Insurance Contributions
     
  • All Linsco workers pay Dutch withholding wage tax from day one of their employment in Holland
     
  • Our Dutch payroll is administered by Total Compliance & Outsource BV who are based in Maartinsdijk

EEC Worker Regulations

  • All workers are employed under EEC regulation - E101 / E102 & Article 17
     
  • Linsco take responsibility for all legal matters regarding our workers
     
  • Clients may hire workers from Linsco for a period as little as 4 weeks up to a maximum of 5 years

    this is done on a rolling contract basis with no long term committment from the Client
     
  • Months 1 to 12 the worker is covered by an E101 certificate is issue by the UK authority
     
  • Months 13 to 24 are covered by an E102 certificate issued by the Sociale Verzekeringsbank in Amstelveen
     
  • Months 25 to 60 are covered by article 17 certificates, again this is issued by the Sociale Verzekeringsbank 
     
  • We pride ourselves in that all Linsco workers in Holland are 100% legal and provide our clients with copies of

    E101/E102/article 17 certificates and a copy of the workers passports


Compliant Tax advice

  • Linsco are registered with the Belastingdienst in Apeldoorn
     
  • Our tax reference number is: 8072.86.357.L01
     
  • Our last Tax audit was carried out by the Belastingdienst in October 2009 which resulted in the surplus funds in
    our “G” account being released
